Kwis wanting to buy an Audi can also add an overseas holiday to the purchase due to an exclusive partnership with Air New Zealand.
Audi New Zealand has announced a deal with our national airline that will see Airpoints Dollars earned on all new and used Audi vehicles bought from this week.
The entry level new A1 will accrue from 400 Airpoints Dollars, while the top of the line R8 will earn from 2000 Airpoints Dollars at Audi's nine authorised dealerships.
Audi NZ's general manager, Dean Sheed, told Driven at the launch of the scheme that the idea came about due to his company "working closely with Air New Zealand over the past 12 months".
"We can order our customers an Audi A4 and in return they can get a trip to Los Angeles [with the Airpoints earned]."
The scheme also worked so Air NZ members could spend their Airpoints Dollars at Audi dealerships.
Sheed will launch phase two of the Audi-Airports scheme in April, which could see such schemes as test drives of new Audis at Air NZ's Koru valet parking.
Airpoints has 1.75 million members, while Audi NZ has had an average growth of 10-15 per cent for the past four years.
