How do I register?
Please click the REGISTER button located on the top right corner and follow the registration process.
How do I login?
Please click the LOGIN button located on the top right corner and enter your username and password.
Forgot your password?
On the login page, please click 'Forgot your password?'. Alternatively, click here to go to the Forgot Password page. Enter the email address you have used to receive communications from DRIVEN. An email will be sent to you with instructions.
I am interested in a vehicle listed on DRIVEN.
The vehicles on DRIVEN are listed by private sellers and dealerships based in New Zealand. DRIVEN does not sell, buy vehicles or do trade-ins directly with customers. Please get in touch with the seller directly by filling out the 'Contact the Seller' form at the bottom of the listing. You can also call them if the 'Call the Seller' button is visible on the listing.
How do I view my watchlist, saved searches or manage my newsletter subscriptions?
Once you’ve logged in, click MY DRIVEN on the top right corner and select to view your watchlist, saved searches or email settings (via newsletter).
How do I disable save search emails (listing recommendations)?
Once you are logged in, please click MY DRIVEN on the top right corner, and select 'Saved Searches'. You can delete your saved search by clicking the Bin icon on the right-hand side. Otherwise, you can change the setting of your email updates by selecting 'Don't email me' on the drop-down. Your setting should automatically update.

How do I list my vehicle on DRIVEN?
To list your vehicle on DRIVEN, the first step is to create an account with us. Please click the REGISTER button located on the top right corner and follow the registration process.
Once you have registered, please click SELL A CAR at the top of the page. Alternatively, please click here.
Please press on the 'ADVERTISE YOUR CAR' button below the car image and enter your car details, photos and proceed to the DRIVEN Payment Checkout. You will be charged $20 per private listing with no hidden fees.
How long is my listing live for and what happens if my car doesn’t sell during that time – will you relist it for free?
Your listing is live for ninety days from the date it was listed on DRIVEN. If it your vehicle does not sell during that time, you can extend the listing period for free by editing your listing before the 90 days. If the listing is not edited before the 90 days, your listing will be removed from DRIVEN. We do not keep any of your data or images once your listing expires. You will be required to list your vehicle again by going to the Sell My Car section on site, entering car details, uploading images and completing the review and pay section, including paying for a new listing.
How will a potential buyer contact me and how do I respond?
A potential buyer can get in touch with you by filling out the 'Contact the Seller' form at the bottom of your listing. You will then receive an enquiry lead to your inbox which contains the contact details and the message they have submitted. You will then be required to respond to the potential buyer either by phone or email provided. They can also call you if you have chosen to display your phone number on the listing.
I’ve got more than one car to list. Do I have to list and pay for them all individually or can I pay for all of the listings once?
You have to list each car individually and pay for each listing individually. If you sell a lot of cars at once on a regular basis then you can email us about more automated ways to load and pay for multiple listings at once. Please contact [email protected]
I want to make my listing more prominent by getting it at the top of the page or highlighting it with a background colour. How do I do that? Can I buy a promoted feature for my listing?
Sorry, but this option is not available at this time.
I have removed or deleted my listing from the site – how do I get it back again?
Sorry, but once a listing has been removed from the site it cannot be retrieved. To list your car on the site again you will have to go to the Sell My Car section of the site and enter car details, upload images and confirm and pay for your listing.
I can’t see my listing on the site, even though I have paid for it. I haven’t received a confirmation email confirming receipt of my payment for my listing. Why isn’t my listing showing?
On rare occasions, our site takes more than a short time to process your listing and put it onto the site for users to see. Please wait for 48 hours and check again.
I want to pay for my listing with Paypal, or after receiving a paper invoice, or by bringing cash into your office. I don’t want to pay by Visa or Mastercard credit card or debit card.
Sorry, but we only accept Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards at this time.
