Devilish Lister-tuned Jaguar could be the ultimate F-Type

Depending on your age, the word 'Lister' could mean multiple things.
If you're a youngun, it'll be a meaningless six-letter arrangement with perhaps a faint connection to the gloomy British GT-racing world. If you're older, you might think of curvaceous British classics like this '50s Knobbly sports car.
It was first revealed in January as the 'Lister Thunder', but it now has a new name; the admittedly less catchy LFT-666.
Power from the throaty supercharged 5.0-litre V8 increases from the 425kW in the already rather raucous F-Type SVR, although that's a tune that they've already offered as an aftermarket package for a while now.
The LFT-666's main changes (why didn't they just call it the Thunder ... ) come to the interior and exterior. And it's more than just a few garnishes of British Racing Green.
Outside, its stance is given an injection of width via a wider track and extended wheel arches, with new bumpers and splitters front and rear accommodating the extra dimensions. Inside a new steering wheel and seats greet those lucky enough to be welcomed in.
The revised engine tune is complemented by grippier Michelin rubber and lightweight wheels, and that adds up to a 0-100km/h time of a smidge over three seconds, and a top speed of 322km/h.
Just 99 LFT-666s will be made, although Lister will also sell the wheel and body-kit parts as a separate package to anyone with an F-Type who wants a bit of extra visual spice on their already handsome two-door coupé.
