A fresh partnership between Kiwi mountain biking ADU Devinci Racing and Mercedes-Benz North Shore has resulted in the Hamilton-based squad receiving a brand new Mercedes-Benz Vito Crew Cab.
The new machine was presented to the ADU squad during a demonstration day at FourFourty Mountain Bike Park at Orere Point earlier this week.
“The support that Craig [Innes] and Didier [Debae] have shown us — it's amazing,” said ADU Divinci Racing's Duncan Hancock — who doubles as the Company Director of ADU Industries.
“Our team are really appreciative of the support. It's a logistical nightmare getting to some of these events, but being able to group all of the boys and all of the product into the van has been a massive help, and adds a bit more pedigree to what our story is about.
“The Mercedes-Benz brand is well known around the world for its pedigree there as well as in motorsport. Divinci as a high end carbon bike product out of Canada — it's also the pinnacle and cream of bicycles.
“So the link between two like-minded brands is great. I think this is a great match.”
ADU Devinci Racing's Vito Crew Cab will now face the tough task of travelling all over New Zealand to different cycling events to cater to some of the country's best athletes.
The popular van platform features a maximum loading length of 1894mm, a wooden floor with various tools to ease storage practicality, crosswind assist, attention assist, and collision prevention assist.
