A few months ago, Aston Martin announced that they were going to be releasing two cars that you would only be able to buy as a pair for the hefty price tag of £6 million.
Included in the 'DBZ Centenary Collection' are two stunning looking UK supercars, a rebodied DBS Superleggera called the DBS GT Zagato and a DB4 GT Zagato Continuation.
While the DB4 isn't going to be road legal, it is going to be a recreation of one of their most popular models - so it's got that on its side.
Equipped with a straight six that sends 380hp to the rear wheels through a four-speed gearbox, and beautifully crafted aluminum panels, it will surely be a crowd favourite.
Luckily, the brand new DBS will be road legal, and with that twin turbo V12 packed under the hood, it has the potential to steal the spotlight from its older counterpart.
From the enormous front grill to the double-bubble roofline that extends all the way back to the taillights, the design is incredibly eye-catching.
Marek Reichman, Aston Martin Lagonda's Executive Vice President spoke about the effort that has gone into creating this incredible collection: “In the DB4 GT Zagato Continuation we have one of the world’s most beautiful and instantly recognisable pieces of car design. Creating a car fit to stand alongside it was always going to be a formidable challenge, but also a great motivation.
"Both design teams at Aston Martin and Zagato have together risen to the task magnificently; taking the already fabulous DBS Superleggera and shaping something which retains its identity as an Aston Martin, but expresses itself as only a Zagato can. Sensational-looking and extremely rare, it is the modern incarnation of a timeless icon.”
There are only going to be 19 sets available, with the DB4 for delivery at the end of 2019, and the DBS one year later.
