Novitec turn the McLaren 720S into a 592kW hypercar monster

Most sane people would be perfectly content with the performance that the McLaren 720S offers. Standard, out of the box, its 4.0-litre twin turbo V8 engine offers 537kW of power and 770Nm of torque.
It's enough to hurtle the 720S from zero to 100km/h in 2.9 seconds, and you don't need to go far on YouTube to see just how potent it can be down a quarter mile.
But for some supercar buyers, the world is not enough. And for them, Notivec have unveiled three new tuning options and aerodynamic upgrades for the 720S.
The engine options are split across three levels of insanity. Level one sees Novitec implement their N-Tronic ECU, which ups power and torque by 38kW and 78Nm respectively.
However, let's be honest here, those wanting to hack into their supercar with these kinds of modifications are most likely to go straight to the top shelf. And Novitec's Level two package raises the bar yet again.
Level two tops the company's line-up. It adds in a bit more bark in the form of a stainless steel sports exhaust, as well as a more extreme ECU — resulting in output swelling to 592kW and 878Nm.
At this point the McLaren's performance characteristics improve too, with two tenths knocked off its 0-100km/h time and 5km/h added to its standard 341km/h top speed.
Novitec's Level three package, oddly enough, falls down the middle of the other offerings. It includes increased figures of 581kW and 863Nm.
Along with the power figures, Novitec also offer a few visual changes. These go from stickers (because marketing), to the full aero kit seen in these press images.
Carbon fibre side skirts, canards, and a deeper front splitter are all included. Together they take the normally svelte 720S and make it look like a road-going race car. New forged wheels (20-inch at the front, 21-inch out back) complete the look.
